Naturally, because we read left to right, your eye is drawn to the left side of picture.  Don't feel guilty its not your fault.  I'm sure Arabic viewers, who happen to read from right to left would start by looking at her face.  If you've read this at all, you just thought to yourself "what face?  ahh yes....face."
